These Terms of Service govern your use of UnlocksMove. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Personal productivity and wellness only

UnlocksMove is a screen-time reward and movement habit tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional health guidance.

Exercise safety

You are responsible for exercising safely, choosing movements appropriate for your ability, using a safe space, and stopping if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unsafe. Consult a qualified professional before exercising if you have health concerns.

Camera and Screen Time permissions

The app needs camera permission for movement detection. App blocking/unlocking requires Apple's Screen Time / Family Controls permission and depends on iOS system behavior. Some features may be unavailable, delayed, or limited by device settings, Apple permissions, or operating system restrictions.

TestFlight build

The current TestFlight build is free and may change frequently. Features may be incomplete, experimental, unavailable, or removed before public launch. Do not rely on TestFlight behavior as a permanent product guarantee.

Your responsibilities

• Use UnlocksMove only for lawful personal use.
• Do not use the app while exercising in an unsafe environment.
• Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the app or related services.
• Choose Screen Time targets responsibly, especially on shared or family devices.

No warranties

UnlocksMove is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnlocksMove and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
